Srushti began to prepare herself for the UPSC examination in her 3rd year as an engineering student. She wondered if engineering was the best career choice for her. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled and pursuing it, she started working in civil service. The parents urged her to become civil servants and seek an employment in the public sector. The young woman never lost her enthusiasm and was focused on her goal of becoming an IAS. The work required to be successful at UPSC.
